Get the file PCE10.EXE -- this contains version 1.0,  and 
a brief readme describing how to install this program and the legal
and license information for it.  This is a self-extracting archive.

Reminder: Transfer the above file in BINARY mode only.


NOTE: Some distributions of FTP Software failed to include a file required
      to run PC-Eudora.  The file is WSOCKET.DLL, and is also in this
      directory. Place it somewhere in your path.
