I've had some complaints that the PS version does not print on all
PostScript printers.  This is the default of the TeX DVI to PS
convertor.  I do know that the document prints on Apple LaserWriters
and other derivatives.  

The .txt version is fairly ugly.  It's generated by 'dvidoc' and has
some spacing errors, but is usable if you can't take PS or LaTex.
