As far as I know, screend is only offered on Ultrix.  Paul Vixie
& I recently finished porting screend to BSD/386 1.0 and are working
to get the changes put out on gatekeeper.dec.com in some form.

I don't know of anyone that has ported it to SCO Unix.  You can get
the screend.tar.Z file from gatekeeper.dec.com and try doing the port
yourself, if you have the energy and desire... :-).
