Description of Working Group:

To devise and carry out an experiment to estimate the size of the
Internet user population.

Goals and Milestones: 
 
     Done Prepare an article for publication in a networking magazine.         

     Done Write a description of the experimental procedure.                   

     Done Write an RFC that gives the results of the experiment.
