  The DDN MANAGEMENT BULLETIN is distributed online by the DDN Network
  Information Center under DISA contract as a means of communicating
  official policy, procedures and other information of concern to
  management personnel at DDN facilities.  Back issues may be read
  through the TACNEWS server ("@n" command at the TAC) or may be
  obtained by FTP (or Kermit) from the NIC.DDN.MIL host [192.112.36.5]
  using login="anonymous" and password="guest".  The pathname
  for bulletins is ddn-news/ddn-mgt-bulletin-nn.txt (where "nn" is the
  bulletin number).

            DDN NODE SITE COORDINATORS' CONFERENCE
                       11-13 May 1993

Please pass to all DDN MILNET and DSNET 1 Node Site Coordinators.

SUBJECT: CONUS MILNET/DSNET1 Node Site Coordinators' Conference

1.  The fifth annual CONUS MILNET/DSNET1 Node Site Coordinators'
    (NSC) Conference will be hosted by the Air Force during the period
    11-13 May 1993. This year's conference will be held at the Governors
    House Hotel, 2705 E. South Blvd., Montgomery, AL 36115. 
    Individuals planning to attend this conference are asked to make
    their own reservations at the hotel prior to 8 April 1993. This may
    be done by calling 1-800-334-8459. Room rates are $45.00 per night,
    plus 10% room tax. A registration fee of $10.00 is required, which is
    reimbursable when you file your travel voucher. The DDN NSC Conference 
    is not being held on a military installation; therefore ensure that the
    itinerary on your orders states the Governors House Hotel, Montgomery, 
    AL 36115.

2.  If you are planning to attend the DDN NSC Conference, you are required
    to submit the following information in the format listed below by 
    E-mail (preferred), message, or telephone.

    A. Name, organization, office symbol
    B. Geographical location and MILNET and/or DSNET 1 PSN supported
    C. Duty phone number, DSN and commercial, and E-mail address (if
       applicable).

    Please submit this information NLT 1 April 1993 to the DISA POC listed 
    in para 6.

3.  The above information is for planning purposes and determining
    administrative support requirements for the DDN NSC Conference.

4.  The Air Force Host, Standard Systems Center (SSC) Maxwell-Gunter
    AFB AL/SSDN (AF DDN Program Management Office) Point of Contact is

5.  The agenda for the conference has not been finalized; therefore,
    we solict your input for DDN NSC Conference agenda item(s). Request
    suggested agenda item(s) by either message or E-mail to the DISA 
    POC listed in para 6 NLT 15 March 1993. Negative replies will 
    be considered as no requested agenda items for the conference.

6.  When the DDN NSC Conference agenda is finalized, it will be 
    disseminated via COnUSMILNETSTA & CONUSDSNET1STA. DISA POC is
