System Requirements:

VBRUN40032.DLL in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  It's not included, 
but its probably already on your hardrive, and if not, its 
available from literally millions of BBS's and Online services

Basic Windows Requirements. (Maybe slightly a bit more RAM; I don't
quite know. After all, this is a free program! :-) If there are any 
bugs, please contact me at the addresses below)

To see what your actual HTML will look like, you will need a WWW
browser, such as Netscape or Internet Explorer.   (not required)

HTML Handler is freeware.  Please distribute it freely!
HTML Handler was written in two days using Visual Basic 3.0.  The 
engine was then greatly enhanced in to what you see before you. It was
then overhauled in Visual Basic 4.0 to give you this 32 bit application!

handler.ini -  Initialization and settings file for HTML Handler
readme.txt   - This text file
tutorial.html - An example file you can open with HTML Handler, and also 
view with your browser!

can access it from the HTML Handler, or from Windows Help

A.  Netscape, Mosiac, AOL, Prodigy, and most other browsers will work.  
To view your page, goto the "File" menu, and select "Open".  
Then, find your file, and view it!  To try, view the example file 
included with the program (tutorial.html)
