Herein lies some of the best levels from dwango4 and dwango5 converted to
heretic's format. Levels e1m1-e1m8 and e2m1-e2m8 are replaced. In some
cases dm2conv31 did an adequate conversion job, in others a bit of editing
was recquired to make up for discrepencies. I think I caught everything.
Mostly texture offsets had to be adjusted, and items changed and placed
a little more appropriately. In some cases, the firemace doesn't show up
where it should, in others it does - this is one of the great mysteries
of heretic. Go ask the guru's at Raven why it happens. I don't know. :)
