To install, UNZIP the contents of ROCKET.ZIP into your Doom
directory, and type ROCKET.BAT at the command prompt.
Then , just run DOOM as usual!

REMEMBER: Make backups of your DOOM.EXE and DOOM.WAD files before
starting installation, since they will both be altered permanently.

DEHACKED.INI may have to be adjusted if your directory is different than
C:\DOOM.
