I hop I've got most of the functionality that's required to usefully use
mkdosfs, but here are a couple of things I'd still like to do:

1. Add code to handle attempts to boot from disk's created using mkdosfs.
The DOS file system stores much of it's information in the boot sector of the
disk, so I really need a small piece of 8086 code that will generate an
error message.

2. Add code to allow bootable MS-DOS floppies to be created - yes I know, who'd
want to boot DOS when they've got Linux, but persuading all of my DOS using
friends may be difficult!
