This release is based on xterm in the core part of X11R5 distribution.

Tweaked two files, included the required fonts, and modified Imakefile
to install fonts.  The current gcc distribution doesn't have
/usr/include/sgtty.h, which is required by kterm, so if you are
missing this, it is included at the end of this file.  


To compile and install:

xmkmf
make
make install
make install.man
