Notice:
  This is a gzipped tarfile of the binaries of the xv V2.21 package. 
  These binaries are linked with my graphics jumptable lib, so you'll 
  need the package libgr-1.0.tar.z as well to use the program. Source 
  code and manual of the programs are available from export.lcs.mit.edu,
  directory /contrib. For these binaries, the source was adapted to 
  work with the new jpeg V4 library.

Warning: 
  The graphics jumptable lib is in a testing phase. The binaries work
  correctly as far as I can tell.
