The two SB patch files are debugged versions of Joel's SB driver.
It also incorporates my rewritten DMA controller.

Neither works correctly:

DMA:
This emulates it completely - no real access to the DMA controller.
Reads & writes don't actually occur, becuase I'm not sure about addressing
the internal memory.

SB:
This relies on the DMA controller. It identifies itslef as an SB 1.0 to some
software. It doesn't work yet ...
