This is SPIM V4.2 (a MIPS R2000/R3000 Simulator) for Linux/i386,
The file spim-bin.tar.gz contains command line and X11 binaries,
compiled with gcc-2.5.8., plus the default trap handler. Extract
files from this archive relative to the root "/" directory.
The file spim-doc.tar.gz contains all necessary documents both
in TeX as well as in Postscript format. Extract files from this
archive whereever you want.
