Yes, we suggest subscribing to the "linux-alpha" mailing list. Simply send a mail with an empty subject and the line "help" in the message-body to: Majordomo@vger.rutgers.edu and you'll receive a mail describing how to subscribe to linux-alpha.
An excellent Linux/Alpha mail archive is available at http://www.linux.ncm.com/ . It is beautifully done and contains digests of other Linux lists as well.
