dvi.cfg now removes the right file for the link of XDvi.
* There were still some directories with permissions 777.

* Change the default font definitions for T1 and OT1. The definitions
  sautercm.fd and sauterdc.fd were removed and replaced by two new
  definitions ntexT1.fd and ntexOT1.fd. Now the DC fonts and the sauter
