When I run `top' on the vt220 clone attached to my serial port, it
doesn't display any processes.  It clearly gets the size of the screen
wrong, as using `stty rows 24 columns 80' gets it to work.

Since TERM is set to vt220 it should use the values from the
termcap/terminfo.

This may be an ncurses bug.

I have ncurses-runtime 1.9.3-1 and the termcap from the 0.93R5 base (I
think - I did an upgrade of the base packages recently).
