Robinson" Package: perl Version: 5.001-3 On my initial install perl said it could not make the headers, I can make a guess that this was because it does not depend on source, and therefore dpkg would not run source's postinst (to make the /usr/include/xxx) links before running perl's postinst. Perhaps perl should require "includes | source" or perhaps there should be a seperate perl-headers package that just installs and runs the script?
