PathFinder (PAF) is a fuzzy parser based source code, symbol and hierarchy
browser which reduces development time making it easy to understand,
edit, maintain and document foreign or larger C/C++, Tcl, iTcl, ELF,
COBOL, Pascal and FORTRAN source codes. PAF is extremely useful to
display, follow and understand inheritances of C++ and iTcl classes and
even mixed sources such as C/C++, Tcl and ELF can be analysed together
in a single project. Additional languages can be easily integrated too!

Open Data Desktop (ODD) is a powerful client/server application develop-
ment tool for building database and non-database applications. ODD
includes a GUI building facility, interfaces for all major relational data-
bases, an Object-Oriented scripting language and a Lighweight internal
relational database. Programs developed with ODD are instantly portable to
many hardware platforms. The Object-Oriented scripting language is com-
binable with the traditional 3GL/4GL languages such as C/C++, Tcl. Both
developers with Object Oriented and more traditional developers can work
together. Applying the Client/Server architecture robust, scalable and reusa-
ble applications can be built quickly.

The datasheets of ODD & PAF can be found in the info.ps.gz (gzip-ed post-
script) file.

ODD & PAF run on (Linux version comes soon):

Platform: File:

Sun Sparc with SunOS 4.1 & SOLARIS 2.4	SUN4.tar.gz
HP-UX 9.0 (HP 9000/700 & HP 9000/800)	HP9000.tar.gz
RS6000 AIX 3.2 RS6000.tar.gz
POWER-PC AIX 4.1 POWERPC.tar.gz
SINIX 5.4.2 RM400.tar.gz
LINUX 1.2.1 LINUX.tar.gz

To install PAF or ODD copy the platform specific file, extract its contents
with the command as follows (for example the Sun Sparc version):

     gzip -d < SUN4.tar.gz | tar xvf -

Platform specific gzip programs can be found with the platform specific
files.

The extracted shell script `install' can be executed by root.
