Subject: added DE-650 C/T support in 0.99.14.

Hi,

I made a minor change to David Hinds' driver for the (D-LINK) de-650C
to make it work with the de-650T.  I've also decided to merge his
driver into the p14 kernel.  Below is the complete driver for p14. 

I've renamed Dave's pcmcia.c to dl650.c and the probe is now called
de650_probe().  Also renamed README.PCMCIA to README.DL650.  Any way,
I am going to continue to work with this driver as I have the D-LINK
DE-650T card.  

Notice that you will need to make a change to your config.in file for
it to ask if you want this card configured into your kernel or not.

Please let me know if I screwed anything up.
