To Do (in no particular order):
	
	1) Enable read cache for disk drives.  Get code from Drew for this.

	2) Fix elevator algorithm so that requests are ordered by
physical sector number on the physical disk rather than by sector
number within the partition.

	3) Investigate syncronous transfers.

	4) Disable lun != 0 for tape drives??
