install-guide-2.0.ps is the PostScript; install-guide-2.0.dvi is the 
.dvi (device-independent) output file.

Files with the .gz extension are compressed with gzip; they are identical
to their non-gzipped counterparts.

Note that install-guide-2.0.txt is plain ASCII, but is a bit ugly, 
meant mostly for previewing purposes. I suggest reading the
PostScript or .dvi version instead.
