only the beginning of the grand Linux network tidyup!

To install 


From Linux 1.0.4

cd /usr/src/linux
tar xvfz snapshot5.tgz
tar xvfz from5-6.tgz
make dep
make clean
make

Changes:
	Merged in small diffs up to Linux 1.0.4
	Fixed a nasty bug in the arp resolver
	Patched around a driver problem I still don't understand fully
		(should stop hangs)
	Changed skb_unlink() semantics, so I can be cleaner with it
	Fixed some small but silly races in the ARP code
	Upped the version ID

	This one I hope will be reasonably stable (Ha!)

Note:
	The IPX /proc patch got left out due to the stability problems
	of snapshot 5 (sorry people)
