Installing  Microviet OneStop

IMPORTANT: Please read this release of Microviet OneStop Browser:

A) Please check to see if you have the Internet Icon in your Control Panel 
by clicking on My Computer and then the Control Panel. If you do not see this 
Internet Icon in your Control Panel, you just simply install Internet 
Explorer 3.x, 4.x, or 5.x on your computer to get this Icon. This software is free 
from Microsoft. When you see this Internet Icon in your Control Panel, 
you can remove Internet Explorer 3.x, 4.x, or 5.x  if you like.

*** Must download Microsoft's media player from www.microsoft.com and install it 
on your computer. If you do not install Microsoft's media player first, you 
may have some problems (when you run setup Microviet IMedia, you may see the 
error "An error occurred while registering the file msdxm.ocx". Just click on 
Ignore Button to continue and complete your setup. 

B) 1) This Web Browser is a true 32 bit for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT. 
      You can not install this program on Windows 3.x at all. 
   2) It allows you to use seven different languages as the same time (English, 
      French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese. 
   3) I have integrate all popular search engines on Microviet OneStop for you.
   4) It will run faster than other web browsers. 
   5) It is very easy to use and is free.


Setup 

From CD-ROM:

1) If Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0 isn't running, start it 
   right now.
2) Insert the  Microviet OneStop CD into your computer CD-ROM.
3) Click on the Start button on the Taskbar. Windows will open the Start menu.
4) Click on the Start menu's "Run" selection. Windows will open the "Run" dialog
   box.

   Enter d:\microviet\setup.exe (d is the letter of your CD-ROM drive).

5) Click on the "OK" button. Windows will run the Microviet OneStop 
   setup program.
6) Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.  

From Download:

1) If Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0 isn't running, start it 
   right now.
2) You have to unzip this file to C:\temp\microviet or what ever directory you want.  
   If you do not have the pkzip or the Winzip program in your computer, you 
   can download these programs from the following web sites:

   http://www.winzip.com   
   http://www.pkware.com
   http://www.ZDnet.com 

3) Click on the Start button on the Taskbar. Windows will open the Start menu.
4) Click on the Start menu's "Run" selection. Windows will open the "Run" dialog
   box.
  
   Enter C:\temp\microviet\setup.exe (C is the letter of your local hard drive).

5) Click on the "OK" button. Windows will run the Microviet OneStop Browser 
   setup program.
6) Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

Uninstalling Microviet OneStop Browser

1) Double click on your My Computer Icon
2) Double click on Control Panel
3) Double click on Add/Remove Programs Icon
4) Select and highlight Microviet OneStop
5) Click on Add/Remove button
6) Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation.

Help Tips: 

1) For full help 
   -Click on Help and select help Topics
   -Click on File and select Open File.  And then select help.htm 
    file and click on Open
    
   	
2) For quick help instruction how to operate this web browser. Simply place your 
mouse cursor over any thing you see on the screen.  When you place your mouse 
cursor over any thing you see on the screen, the help text instruction will 
pop-up at the tip of your mouse pointer.  


Known Issues:
1) If you have problem with the Print Button or Click on GO Select Print,  please
hold CTRL KEY down and press on letter "P".  You will see that the print menu 
shows up.

2) If you have a multiple Web browser in your computer.  Please make sure that Microsoft Internet 
Explorer as a default browser.
