Source code additions for Recall-CLI FTP :

The FTP source code was initially developed by John A. Junod
and L. Kahn under the FREEWARE application named "Windows Sockets
FTP Client Application" - - Version 93.12.05

Some code concepts and names are based on code that is copyright by
the Regents of the University of California or code published in
the UNIX Network Programming by W. Richard Stevens or code in
WATTCP or other public sources. The rest is based on interpretation
of RFC 969.

The FTP moudle was enhanced and modified for the Recall-CLI
multi-threaded model as well as changed to accomadate ftp commands
for use from the command line.
