1. WHAT IS "YOUR PIC"?
Your Pic is a software utility that enables a user to display
their his/her own scanned pictures and sounds as a screen saver.
The user can also choose from a number of options including
    transition effects and picture stretching.

2. MAKING "YOUR PIC" YOUR SCREEN SAVER
Note that the installation will set Your Pic as your active
screen saver. If this is not the case, you can make Your Pic your
screen saver by right-clicking on an empty area of the desktop
and selecting "Properties" from the menu. This will display
the Windows Display Properties screen. Select "Your Pic" from the
Screen Saver list box. Your Pic will begin to display in the preview
window on the Windows Display Properties screen.

3. YOUR PLAY LISTS

Your Pic keeps track of two play lists. One is a list of pictures
that will display as your screen saver and the other that is the
sounds that are played when the pictures are displayed. You switch
between the views by clicking on the "Picture Files" and "Sound Files"
option buttons within the "Play List" frame.

NOTE: Your Pic only contains a List of files and NOT the actual files
themself, therefor Your Pic will only display files that exist. Files
that no longer exist (i.e. moved or deleted by you) will not display
    in the Play List.

Adding Files to the Play List:
To add files to the play list, simply click the "Add File(s)" button.
A directory file list window will display prompting you to select one
or more files to add. To select multiple files, hold down the [CTRL] key
as you click the file names. Select "Open" when file has been selected.
The file will be added to the play list.

Adding Directories to the Play List:
To add all files in a directory to a Play List, simply click the
"Add Directory" button. A directory window will appear. Select the
directory and click "OK". The directory is added to the play list.
All files capable of being displayed (.BMP, .GIF, etc.) or played (.WAV)
within the selected directory will be displayed or played.

Removing Files from the Play List:
To remove a file or directory from a play list, highlight the item (hold
down [CTRL] to select multiple files) and click the "Remove" button.
NOTE: This does NOT delete the file from you hard drive. The file is
simply removed from the play list.

Changing the Order of the Play List:
The order of files in a Play List can be changed by selecting a single
file from the play list and clicking the "Up" or "Down" buttons.

    Displaying the Path or Files:
Since the play list only displays file names you may want to know the
directory where the files exist. Simple select a single file from the
play list and the path is displayed in the "File Path" area.

    Saving your Play List:
Your custom play lists can now be saved and recalled for use later.
Select File Save Play List from the menu to save the list and File
Open Play List to Open a saved play list. All sounds and picture
files in the play list are saved. You can even combine saved play
lists by Adding a saved play list to an open list.
