WatchDog - 1.94b 

WatchDog is the premier program for watching the time you spend on the computer. When a user logs onto the computer, the internal timer in WatchDog starts counting down the user's time available. When the user runs out of time, WatchDog can either shutdown Windows, restart Windows, restart the computer, or display the WatchDog login form.

Webroot's WinGuardian - 2.0 

WinGuardian presents an innovative approach to monitoring the surfing on your browser. Version 2.0 also includes a new screenshot capture feature, the added ability to email log files at timed intervals and an improved keystroke capture function. WinGuardian runs completely hidden, tracking all the browsing that's going on. It also adds a measure of security to other Windows 95 features, with extended configuration options to set up the user's abilities. WinGuardian is an excellent monitoring program.

WizGuard - 1.3 

This parental security program features standard blocking protocols, as well as blocking individual sites of your choosing, extensive history logs, and time limits (like 2 hours a day, for example). WizGuard allows for quick enable/disable via password.
