So now we have it install all the time, saving a bunch of people expensive phone calls in which we explain how to install it manually. Sure, it’s kind of annoying, but it doesn’t really do anything BAD to your machine (just replaces some existing files with the exact same stuff), and it saves us a lot of headaches - and tech calls.
