Please don’t adjust your set. No, there’s nothing wrong with your machine. The
short form of the answer is, we screwed up. We shot too little video of
Roberta to make an interesting interactive, then we botched it further by
using a buggy piece of development software which compiled the video at
something like 1 frame every 5 seconds. What can I say? We’re all-too-human
here at IE, and we occasionally make mistakes . . . whoppers, sometimes. We’re
making every effort to ensure that this doesn’t happen again, and we plan to
reinterview Roberta in a couple of months.
