To install the Master of Orion 1.3 upgrade, type PKUNZIP 
ORION13 <directory>, where <directory> is the location of your 
copy of Master of Orion (for example, C:\GAMES\ORION). For 
details on the changes made in v1.3, see the README.TXT file in 
ORION13.ZIP.
