# /etc/virtusertable: sendmail virtusertable configuration file
#
# Use this file to set up e-mail aliases
# There are two options
# a) forward a specific e-mail alias to one POP3 account
# b) forward all e-mail sent to a domain to a different POP3 account
#
# Using the following entries as an example:
#
# tryme@yourname.co.uk pop1@isp.co.uk
# root@yourname.co.uk admin
# postmaster@yourname.co.uk admin
# webmaster@yourname.co.uk web
# @yourname.co.uk pop2@isp.co.uk
#
# 1. Any mail sent to `tryme@yourname.co.uk' will be automatically forwarded
# to pop1@isp.co.uk.
# 2. Mail sent to `root@yourname.co.uk' will be delivered to the `admin'
# user on the hosting virtual server
# 3. Mail sent to `postmaster@yourname.co.uk' will be delivered to the
# `admin' user on the hosting virtual server
# 4. Mail sent to `webmaster@yourname.co.uk' will be delivered to the
# user `web' on the virtual server.
# 5. `@yourname.co.uk' is the default rule. It will be used when no other
# matches to `<user>@yourname.co.uk' are made. Any non-matching mail
# will be forwarded to `pop2@isp.co.uk'.
#
# Run the following command after editing this file:
# makemap hash /etc/virtusertable.db < /etc/virtusertable
#
