Comdlg32.ocx
********************************
this file should have been distributed with the program
put it in your windows\system directory if u need to

Running
********************************
make sure youve exited icq
double click ICQSwat.exe
it may give you an error saying you dont have a required dll
this is the VB5 runtime dll this is called Msvbvm50.dll and you can
search for it if u cant do this you dont deserve to use this program
it may also give you an Unexpected Error when trying to enter the program
to fix this you need a file called Comdlg32.ocx, in future versions i will
take out the need for this file, if you need any controls mail me and ill send them to you
once you are in enter your click the "find you icq.exe" button and
find your icq.exe, its not that hard
if u cant find it then u should pay more attention to what you put
on your computer
now enter your UIN in the appropriate box
if you dont know it then you dont use icq enuff to be affected by a bomb
now for the final step...
click "Operation: Clean Up" o my god that was soooo difficult wasnt it?
if it sez All Done then you did it right and your done
if not u r a moron, beat yourself over the head with your keyboard and set
your comp on fire

Backups
********************************
Q. o shit i just deleted my friends msg containing nuclear missle launch
         codes what can i do?

A. ICQ Swat keeps backups of your history files that were deleted
to get them back go to c:\windows\system\bkups and look for the backup files with
the appropriate date and rename it to (your UIN)his.(idx or dat as labeled)
i.e. 1934729his.dat or 1934729his.idx
then move the file back into your icq\db directory and start icq and it will
have all the old msgs that you had back then
you may not want to do this (or be able to) if that backup contains a large
amount of bomb msgs, in that case search through the dat backup in wordpad
