To create a working BLACKJACK diskette, put your BLACKJACK
diskette in drive A:, a formatted diskette in drive B:,
and type MENU
 
    To run the BLACKJACK program, put your working diskette in
drive A:, type MENU, and press the return key.

This program will also run from your hard drive simply unarced into
a subdirectory.  Just type MENU and press return.
