WinStrobe 2.0 is here.
After fixing the bug with the setup program, I decided to make this
a little more advanced.  Keep in mind that if you want this to really
work, you need a fast video card (Probably a VLB or better).  Exiting
is still the same: simply double-click anywhere on the screen.
This program is freeware so you don't have to pay for it. We don't
expect anyone to pay for a program written in a couple of minutes.
This is just one of those little things to take your mind off the
