DESCRIPTION:

        Semafore is a Program for Windows 3.x which always remains iconic.
        A tiny semafore appears on your desktop flashing red, yellow, and
        green lights to direct work traffic load.
 
INSTALLATION:
 
        SEMAFORE.EXE may be run from any subdirectory.
 
RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS:
 
        Add to your desktop, and run like any other Windows program. 
        Semafore takes no run-time parameters, and requires no other .DLLs.
