Sounds and Noises is for children of 18 months or more.  An animated  "Western" scene is used to teach  children the alphabet, words or phrases by sounding them out.  Balloons are used to tow words across the sky, and a helicopter and train dispatch the words to a billboard for sounding. A toolbar and status bar with Tool Tips help makes using the program simple, with full context sensitive help. For $10 registered users will be sent the program with an expanded list of internal sounds, and the capability to include their own wave files, plus three or more Custom Sounds recorded for their children. New scenes and themes such as a Space setting, and an Underwater setting are planned. (Sound Card NOT essential)
