   America Held Hostage!  is a Windows program  that features a ticker-
   tape countdown of the Raw Deal.  Run America Held Hostage!  whenever
   you need a happy reminder  that the  current adminstration  will end 
   one day.  Or you  can put  America Held Hostage!  into your  Windows 
   startup  group  to have it pop up  automatically at the  begining of
   each Windows session.

   You can even use America Held Hostage! as your screen saver.  Simply
   click on the  ticker-tape and  America Held Hostage!  will expand to
   fill your screen and protect your monitor from phosphor burn-in  (be
   sure to disable your current Windows screen saver).

   To end an America Held Hostage! session,  simply click on any one of
   the three American continental flags.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

   The system configuration required to run America Held Hostage! is:

   * Windows 3.1 and above.
   * VBRUN300.DLL in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

INSTALLATION
============

   1) Create a temporary directory and unzip the contents of the zip
      file into that directory.
   2) Run SETUP.EXE for America Held Hostage! from Windows.
   3) Specify a directory where you want the program to be installed.
   4) Setup will create a Program Manager group automatically.
