This is the point ranges for the bid levels as shipped with this program.
Use this as a guide when developing rules.  They can be changed in the file
bridge.cfg.
When you select to display bid hand info. from the help menu, the levels
shown should correspond to the levels below if the total point count of
the hand is in that range.
