Hi guys..

This is a beta release of the IT player for CP.
You need CP2alpha++ for it. Better use the Mixer (devwmix) instead
of a AWE/GUS

copy playit.dll, devwmix.dll and devwsb32.dll in the cp directory and
replace [filetype 27] by the following:

known bugs:
  -amiga frequencies not implemented
  -interface a little fucked up
  -channel removal on channel overflow is not worked out
  -volcol vibrato plus porta effect

fixes in second release:
  -duplicate check implemented
  -fine channel volume slide
  -mixer driver update
  -awe driver update

things i'm interested in (if they work):
  -sustain loops
  -note delay
  -porta to note (new/old)
  -volume column effect in combination with normal effects

strange things in IT:
  -if you set a non existant instrument effects are not executed.
     eg: "C-4 99 .. T21" will not change the bpm. (unless there are 99 ins.)
     is this a bug worth supporting?
