  NEW features for 1.3B

  Copy selected items to the clipboard instead of everything.

  Set up default report titles by setting the RptTitle1= and
    RptTitle2=  strings in the [reminder] section of WIN.INI.

  A "Notes" button has been added to the "Enter new item" dialog
    so it is easy to enter notes for that item.  You can use file
    extensions in the "Note2" line so that if you want, you can
    start cardfile or your editor of choice.  If nothing is entered
    in Note2, the default is to start Notepad.  After you have added
    a note, place the name of the file in the Note2 section for easy
    reference.

  The Dial button will display the phone number for the selected item.

  NEW features for 1.3A

  Contant reminder option, or a "Nag" feature many people have requested.
  You can set this for each item.  This will over-ride
  the "Don't display past items on startup" Option Preference dialog.

  The "Nag" switch will also not bump the date of a repeat item until it
  is marked as "Done".  This is really handy for month-end reports or
  automatic backup programs so that you are always reminded until it is done.

  Reports now use proportional fonts.  You can change the font size
  by setting the ReportSize= line in the [reminder] section of WIN.INI.

  The Graph can use a different font by setting the GraphSize= line
  in the [reminder] section of WIN.INI.

  The Graph will display up to 64 days and allow 150 items

  New "Category Attributes..." menu item.
      Categories can have their own graph color and default setting for
      "Warning time", "Length" and "Action".

  Clicking on an existing graph item will bring up that item for
  viewing/changing.

  The second Note has been added to the Slider bar for viewing.

  Category now allows high-ANSI (international) characters.

  The last Category is displayed for new items.
  If you have an item with NO time, it will still be displayed
     when you first start the program.  As an example, Birthday items
     did not show up unless a time was given.  Now everything for
     that day will show up even if there is no time given.
