DAILY JOURNAL, Version 1.0 - Shareware Edition - ABOUT THE PROGRAM - I wrote this program for all those people who wanted a way to keep a computerized diary without compromising the privacy of their entries. DAILY JOURNAL provides an easy to learn interface that allows the user to store, retreive, find, and delete their entries in the Journal. The program is password protected and the entries are encoded with a very powerful algorithm and therefore can not be read by anyone else. The program comes with a complete Help System available by selecting "How to use Journal" from the Help menu. This file contains information on the program's operation and also information on registering this shareware version. SHAREWARE INFORMATION - You may use Daily Journal for private, non-commercial purposes. You may copy, share, and distribute Daily Journal, so long as you charge no more than the cost of a diskette or the transfer media, not to exceed $2. Bulletin Boards may distribute Daily Journal so long as nothing is charged beyond standard connect and/or membership fees. DAILY JOURNAL must be distributed in its original form and content. If you use the program for more than 30 days, you must register your copy with the author. See "Shareware Information" in the Help system by choosing "How to Use Journal" from the Help menu in the program. WARRANTY - DAILY JOURNAL is distributed "as is" without any warranties of any type. The author shall not be liable for any damage or harm resulting from the use of DAILY JOURNAL. BBS SYSOPS - Please upload this program to other boards you frequent. Thank You.
