                         EVALUATION LICENSE INFORMATION

    This file contains license information for individual users of the
    unregistered evaluation copy of the Parity Technical Analysis System,
    Version 1.5.  If you intend to distribute the evaluation copy of Parity
    you must meet the distribution requirements outlined below or in
    VENDOR.TXT.

    Parity is distributed as Shareware.  You are permitted to evaluate the
    program for 30 days.  If you continue to use the program after 30 days
    you MUST register the program.  Please show your support for the
    Shareware concept by registering those programs you actually use.

                               TRIAL USE LICENSE
                               -----------------

    The Parity Technical Analysis System, Version 1.5 (Parity) is NOT a
    public domain program.  It is Copyright 1991, 1992, 1993 by Paul Rickert.  
    All rights are reserved.  This software and the accompanying 
    documentation are protected by U.S. Copyright Laws and by International 
    Treaty.  Any violation of the terms of this license or the Copyright Law 
    will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.

    You are hereby granted a limited license to use this software for
    evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.  If you use
    this software after 30 days you must register as a licensed user and
    forward payment to ParTech Software Systems.  Using this software after
    the thirty day evaluation period, without registering the software, is
    a violation of the terms of this license.

    You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
    disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer this program
    except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
    result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

    All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

                          LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
                          ----------------------------

    Individuals and Company Users are granted permission to copy the
    evaluation version of Parity for their own evaluation, or the eval-
    uation of other individuals ONLY when the following conditions are met.

    The Parity Software is defined as containing ALL the material listed in
    the PACKING.LST text file.  If any of the files listed in PACKING.LST
    are missing, or PACKING.LST itself is missing distribution is
    forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for
    distribution.

    The Parity Software, including all related program, documentation and
    data files, cannot be modified in any way and must be distributed as a
    complete package.

    No price or other compensation may be charged for the distribution of
    the Parity Software other than the actual cost of mailing.  If you do
    charge a price for the distribution of the Parity Software, over and
    above the actual cost of mailing, you are subject to the distribution
    terms outlined in VENDOR.TXT.

    The Parity Software cannot be sold as part of any other package, nor
    may it be included in any commercial software packaging offer without
    the express written consent of ParTech Software Systems.

    Under no circumstances are you allowed to distribute a registered copy
    of Parity, or copy the Parity Users Manual, except as outlined in the
    license which accompanies the registered version of the software.

                                LIMITED WARRANTY
                                ----------------

    The Evaluation Version of the Parity software is provided "AS IS".
    ParTech Software Systems, and Paul Rickert make no warranties of any 
    kind, expressed or implied.  No representation or warranties are made 
    as to the completeness, accuracy, precision, functionality, safety, 
    merchantability, or fitness of the Parity software or any component 
    thereof.

                            LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
                            -----------------------

    In no event will ParTech Software Systems, or Paul Rickert be liable for 
    any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary 
    damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, 
    business profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of or in connection
    with your use or inability to use the software or documentation, the
    breach of any express or implied warranty, or otherwise in connection
    with the software or documentation which makes up the Parity Technical
    Analysis System.
