Address Book for Windows V1.0
(C) Ulti-Mate Software Development 1992

This is a Visual Basic Application designed to run under the Windows
environment.

Running this application requires the use of the MS run-time library
VBRUN100.DLL which should be available from the location where you obtained
this software package. If not, you can obtain a copy by writing to Ulti-Mate
Software Development (USD) or by calling our bbs, Parts NOT! @ (402) 734-4288
Visual Basic applications can only run in Windows Standard or 386 Enhanced
mode. If you only have real mode then this application will not operate for
you. Additionally it was designed to be used on a SVGA graphics display. If
you attempt to run the program on a standard VGA display (640x480), several
graphics objects will not be drawn properly. However the remainder of the
program will function well enough for you to determine if you would like a
working copy that supports standard VGA. If you do, let us know as soon as
possible and we can have a copy available for downloading from our bbs within
a day or two. We won't require any fees for this minor modification if you
want so please let us know. You may be asking why if it's so easy to add VGA
support don't we include it in the program to begin. Our answer is in an
effort to minimize program size, we are going with the assumption that the
majority of Windows users have SVGA displays. We may be wrong but we are
hoping you will let us know one way or another.

This is an updated version of 1.0, only repairing a couple minor bugs that
were present. They were one, unreliability of the autodial function, and
two, if you saved a memo file and returned to your main data address file
and did work that required save on exit, the default filename would show up
as the memo file instead of the address file. Two very simple repairs that
do not require a version update as such. Dated March 13th, 1992.
