Beginning with version 1.4 the help file is now context sensitive
down to the form level.  For example when on the Add Data Screen
and you press "F1" the help notes for adding data will be displayed.
 
Changes in Version 1.5:
     *  Minor bug fixes only.
 
Changes in Version 1.6:
     *	Added the ability to print your investment notepad
     *  Modified the Investment Notepad menu to clairify the 
        File (Save, Edit and Exit) Options
     *  Added the ability to input the system time from the 
        utility menu.
     *  Modified the investment display screens to correctly
        handle larger screen resolutions of greater than
        std VGA of 480 x 640.
     *  Improved the Prodigy Screen import routine to better
        handle unusual price formats.

Changes in Version 1.7
     *  Added ability to delete symbol assignment from the 
        edit routine.
     *  Corrected the edit routine when deleting the last
        record to simply return to the main menu.
     *  Corrected the copy file function to not allow the 
        copy of the currently active file.
     *  Corrected the symbol assignment routine to help 
        prevent duplicate symbols from being assigned to 
        the symbol list.
     *  Added the ability to imput the current price, PE,
        and % dividend from the add record menu, with a 1
        time warning message notifying that these prices
        will be overwritten during symbol / current price
        assignment.
     *  Modify symbol and record type convention to allow
        non letter characters in all but the 1st character
        position.
     *  During the Symbol assignment routine, added the
        ability to scan the active file for current invest-
        ments that do not currently have a valid symbol
        assignment.
     *  Corrected the display of the % dividend in the 'Summary
        Current Values' display.
     *  Modified the Saved message in the edit screen to 
        now appear in the Title Block with no reply required.
     *  Corrected pricing formating on edit screen when price
        was > 100 and less than 999.
