Time and Billing for Windows requires a copy of the VBRUN100.DLL. VBRUN100.DLL 
can be found on most popular PC access bulletin boards usually under the name 
VBRUN.ZIP.

After starting Time and Billing for Windows for the first time you will be 
asked to complete a Company Information Screen, this step is important as
this information is used when you print invoices.

Next you should run Client Setup, Task Setup and TimeKeeper Setup to 
configure your system.
