We have worked out directory and master menu system for computer's that
have a hard disk. You may or may not use our master menu system, but we
highly recommend that you use our hard disk directory system (you can add
programs to it). By the very nature of software programs, it is inevitable
that bugs may be found that need correcting or program improvements in
response to requests from users. When program updates are mailed out each
disk will have a BATCH file named HDLOAD. When executed by typing HDLOAD the
BATCH file will copy the proper files to the proper directories on your hard
disk -IF- you are using our directory system. This system has directories
on the root directory of drive C: (your hard disk) named CFLOCK (for MEMBERS,
PEOPLE and LOST SHEEP programs and files), CGIFTS (for GIFTS & GIVERS program
and files), CBOOKS (for the BOOKS program and files) and PCLEARN (for the PC-
LEARN program and files). (The C stands for church and was added to reduce
the possibility of conflict with an existing directory on your hard disk).

If you are merely testing the programs, we suggest that you load both the
programs and the menu system onto your hard disk. If you later want them
erased this disk has a BATCH file named UNLOAD that will erase all of the
files copied by our LOAD programs and remove the directories (to use it
merely place this disk in drive A: and type UNLOAD <return>).
