Just replace the EXE files, and run XPCFG again.

** Notes about Remote Access **

Currently, Silver Xpress is fully QBBS compatible but the install
program will set you up for RA painlessly. (We have already embarked on
directly supporting RA. It will be simple and fast for us to do!)

In the mean time, all you have to do is make sure you have the
following files ready for Xpress to read in your RA directory:

CONFIG.BBS - The QBBS config file. Use RA2QCFG.EXE. Every time you
make a change to you CONFIG.RA, make sure you run RA2QCFG
and then recompile the Xpress control file with XPCFG.
This will make sure that Xpress is upto par with
                  CONFIG.RA.

FLSEARCH.CTL - This is optional if you plan to provide to your users
off-line file download requesting. This is an excellent
feature for users and they will adore your BBS for
                  providing it to them.

ECHOORIG.CTL - This is optional if you want to have flexible origin
                  lines for your echo areas.

EXITINFO.BBS - Required for Xpress when calling from the BBS.
                  Use the RACVT converter.

Other files that Xpress looks for:

   MSG*.BBS files, and USERS.BBS

If you never used QBBS before, then you will probably need the
RA converter files. The following files are available on my
  BBS:

        RA2QCFG.ZIP
        RACVT02.ZIP

  ** HISTORY **

     XPCFG.EXE Version 2.27Q1.01

     - Old item revived in QBBS/RA version - Area Selection Grid.

QBBS has a toggle in QCONFIG.EXE for combined areas,
         RACONFIG.EXE does not.

Xpcfg.exe looked for combined areas when reading config.bbs.
Since there are no combined areas under RA, Xpcfg found no
areas! RA sysops then required QCONFIG.

The area section grid of XPCFG.EXE is a feature in the classic
version of Xpress for the OPUS world.

Use the area selection GRID to select the areas you wish to
make known to Xpress (Xpressable Areas).

     - Bug Fixes in XPMAIL.EXE V2.27

Version 2.27 had a problem trapping with message bases that
were not renumber. This version should take care of that and
get rid of the error message: error 100 0000:12F6

One of the problems I saw and I'm not sure if this is RA
message file maintenance related, was a record in MSGHDR.BBS
pointing to NO text in MSGTEXT.BBS. Xpress did not trap for
this and now it will. It will display a error in the log and
         to the console.

     - Qinstall was changed at the last moment and it caused a problem
when the run directory was not the same as the install directory.
       This QINSTALL is fixed.

     - For large msg numbers, the scan table was off in the display format
of message number - cosmetic fix.

     - Known logic bug, not yet fix.

For interzone mail (Net mail to other zones), the reader
creates the internation line kludge line using the your default
primary address. If you have a AKA address, the door will use
it BUT it didn't update the kludge line with the new AKA
address. I attempted to fix this in this version but I ran
into other repercutions - so I left that out for now.
The result - If you sent NETMAIL to other zones, the receiver
will get your PRIMARY address rather than your AKA address.
If the receiver does not belong to the your primary ZONE, he
won't have a easy or rather automatic method of replying.

     - Multi-line version. In order to utilize the multiline, you must
specify the -ML switch on the XPMAIL.EXE command line.

NOTE: Multiline version of Xpress is for registered version of
             Xpress only.

     - Official maintenance release V2.28
