This archive also contains CALANDAR v1.12 Coinfile is a system designed to keep an accurate inventory of coin collections. It will keep accurated records of the date, mint, condition, cost, purchase date, and current val- ue of each coin and will print reports on each. A unique feature is that Coinfile can make "want lists" from included want files or user-created want files. The want file allows the program to print a want list for your collection by com- paring what you have to what you need. It also can print an inventory sheet from the want file. The program is capable printing out reports which include all collections, de- scriptions, and updated values for insurance purposes. COINFILE comes with 3 want files included. An additional 30+ want files (for American coinage) are included in the reg- istered version. COINFILE 2.04 is the same program in a generic MS-DOS for- mat which supports monochrome monitors and not-so-compatible MS-DOS computers. It runs from your AUTOEXEC.BAT file and displays important inform- ation for the next week along with a calendar. The editing program (CALEDIT) has many unusual and useful features to make data entry easy. Entries on a particular day of the month can be put in for any combination of the 12 months with one entry. Also supported are entries at regular intervals (1-28 days apart) and entries by day of the week. Any combination of months can be taken care of in a single entry. Any entry can be specified for this year only, next year, or every year. Sorting of entries is such that time of day will come out in order so that it can be used as an appointment calendar.
