ARTISOFT NOS/AI* Compatibility List, 03/11/91 

ARTISOFT's Adapter Independent version of the LANtastic Network
Operating System (NOS/AI) was designed for use with non-ARTISOFT
network adapters which conform to NetBIOS standards. The following
is a list of network adapters and supported NetBIOS programs which
have been tested by various sources to be compatible with NOS/AI.

* PLEASE NOTE: This list has been designed for NOS/AI versions
only, and DOES NOT PERTAIN to LANtastic/AI.  A separate list is
available for that product.

Compatible Network Adapters and Supporting NetBIOS Programs:
 Earth Computer's Earthnet-I ARCnet with Performance Technology
NetBIOS 
 (ROM or RIMDRVR.EXE)
 The following Everex adapters are compatible with their
NET26E.EXE v2.21 NetBIOS
 EV2026 (8-bit) EV2026-01 (8-bit twisted pair)
 EV2027 (16-bit) EV2027-01 (16-bit twisted pair)
 NOTE: The EV2015 (8-bit with NET21E.EXE v2.21) and EV2016 (16-bit
with NET23.EXE v2.21) adapters are no longer being shipped.

 Gateway's G/Token-Ring Adapter with TNETBIOS v1.52
 IBM Token Ring 16/4 Adapter with IBM PC LAN Support Program v1.1
 Invisible Software's 1.8Mbps Adapter with their NetBIOS ROM 2.7A
 Netboard-II 2.5 and 4Mbps Adapters with PC Office NB_1K.EXE or
  NB_4K.EXE
 SMC ARCnet PC 220 with Performance Technology NetBIOS (using
RIMDRVR.EXE not ROM)
 The following Thomas-Conrad adapters with Thomas Conrad's
TCARC.EXE v1.00:
 TC6042 (8-bit ARCnet) TC6142 (8-bit replacement for 6042)
 TC6045 (16-bit ARCnet) TC6145 (16-bit coax)
 TC-6046 (MCA adapter) 
 NOTE: Adapters must be in enhanced mode. This driver does not
support any other ARCnet adapters.  Both the TC6042 and TC6045
adapters will also run with Performance Technology RIMDRVR.EXE.

 WD8013 EBT (Ethercard + 16 - only with WD8003.EXE v1.09 and above)
