DAYO Buisness Applications April '91 Registration $ (docs) BUSI MAY91 DAYO INVENTORY MULTIUSER PURCHASING VENDORS FILES: dayo1.sdn April 1991 revisions DAYO is perhaps the most comprehensive business applications package I have seen.. it is comprised of over 30 disks and TJS Labs are constantly improving the product. Because of the number of files involved with the DAYO product it does not make sense to include an SDA with each SDN file. The DAYOINFO.SDN file contains a description of the entire Dayo package and each disk. Download DAYOINF1.SDN and read the text files enclosed. DAYO releases are numbered consecutively.. such as: dayo1-1.sdn, dayo1-2.sdn, dayo1-3.sdn etc.. be sure to download the entire release set as designated by "dayo1", each disk of the set is designated by -1, -2, -3, etc.. People who would rather recieve the set by mail can contact disk vendors given at the end. DAYO BUSINESS APPLICATIONS Versions 2.0+ 1 April 1991 TJS LAB is an approved vendor and associate member of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP). DAYO is a collection of multiuser business applications that provide a system of inventory control, purchasing, invoicing, customers, vendors, sales and more... All DAYO products are multiuser, designed to work on a Microcomputer (PC) Based Local Area Network (LAN), like LANtastic (tm) or Novell (tm). DAYO can, however, be used in a 'standalone' mode; running on a single PC. DAYO is full featured with features being added frequently. Unlike many 'off the shelf' products, DAYO is dynamic; constantly evolving into that 'perfect' program. Version numbers are used (ie: Version 2.0), but not to designate a static/fixed program. Version 1.3 changed the next day to Version 1.3+ and maybe tomorrow we will call it Version 1.3++ or 1.4... The point being that you get the latest product available or if registered, the ability to upgrade frequently to the latest release. You get the 'latest and greatest' product that may even include a suggested change by you. We do fix reported 'bugs' (we like to call them 'features') free and will (at our cost) mail out or send via modem the fix (usually the same day). We do not supply printed manuals (another reason for a low cost since they total over 2500 pages), but do supply them in a 'ready to print' format so that you can create your own manuals. Note, all user manual documents can be read on the screen with the F1 (Help) function key. Like the programs, user manuals also change frequently... All the modules were created to be TOTALLY INTEGRATED with each other, however, they can be used independently as well. DAYO is a MULTIUSER system. This means that when run on a network (like LANtastic (tm) or Novell (tm)), the databases and files can be shared; used simultaneously by more than one user. If used on a network, no changes are required for DAYO. There are hundreds of reports for DAYO. Each module has many reports and specific to itself and DAYO Smart Reports contains many other reports. DAYO uses databases, report forms, and configuration files that are dBase III+/IV (tm) compatible. This means you can use the popular dBase programs to edit, view, and report on data from the many DAYO databases. A simple database management module is included with most of the modules to provide you with additional means to modify, view, and report your data. DAYO places NO LIMITATIONS on the number of records, or users.
