Remote Administration Programs
A remote administration is a type of virus (known as a Trojan horse because it does an unauthorised function without anyone knowing) and allows Newbies to get their first taste of hacking. First you need a program. I suggest Back Orifice (BO). You need to social engineer your target into getting the client program on his machine and running it. A good place to find targets is on MS chat or something. When I say social engineer I mean tell him its a porn game or something. From MS chat, you can find out his IP address by simply checking his identity. The last number (ie *.*.*.____) usually wont show though. When he runs it, just simply load up the server and under the target space, put all the numbers, and for the last digit, put a wildcard ( a star) eg. 222.12.43.* . It will scan for any computers with BO in that last digit. When it finds one, connect to it and have fun. However, if the target is running a firewall, since BO connects through a port, you wont be able to connect to that port because that port will be closed. This rarely happens. Many Anti virus detectors recognise the Trojan horse anyway these days and many people recognise the icon so if you cant connect to his computer, maybe he lied to you that he ran it. Using the MS chat method is most effective if you can social engineer him. The longer you spend convincing him, the more chance of you getting him. DO NOT RUN THE CLIENT ON YOUR COMPUTER. IF YOU DO, GET A PROGRAM TO CLEAR IT OFF. Also, I would just like to point out that even though I think Remote Administration programs are lame, it is good for beginners. I would also like to point out that if you are using remote admin programs to get into a machine you cannot say that you are anything more then a Beginner hacker. U think this is pro, wait till u learn to hack LinuxConf remote administration.
